Payment

Q: I don’t have a Paypal account, can I still purchase your products with my credit card?

Yes absolutely! You don’t need a Paypal account, you can use your credit card via their service without needing an account, or creating an account. There is a button "More payment options" under the Pay with PayPal logo. See below: 


Shipping

Q: How long it takes to receive my order?

A: Orders are processed and shipped within 7 working days, with a tracking number provided upon dispatch. Delivery to Asia usually takes 5-10 days, while international shipping ranges from 7-16 days. Timelines may vary depending on your local shipping services. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Q: How much will the shipping cost?

For HK local
A: We can also arrange shipping through SF Express in addition to the Hong Kong Post Office. The shipping fee will be collected upon delivery.

For overseas delivery
A: We provide overseas delivery, and the shipping fee is based on the actual weight. The cost will be automatically calculated before checkout.


Q: What if there is custom duty for international shipping?

A: Except for EU countries where VAT has been included in the shipping fee, any duty, customs fees and local taxes for international shipments to be paid on the receiving end. The custom duty shall be undertaken by customer.

If the package is rejected by the customs of your home country or otherwise and returned to BE COOL SIS, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges.

Q: Do you offer express shipping?

A: We can arrange express delivery on your request. Please contact us info@becoolsis.com for more informations.

Q: Does the package come with original box?

A: We typically offer two options at different price points, allowing you to choose whether to include the original box. This helps you save on shipping costs if you prefer a more budget-friendly option : )

Q: I have been looking for a block set and it is not found in the store….

A: If you can’t find product which you are looking in our store, please send us sisbecool@gmail.com the name / photos of the products you want. We will do our best to search for you.

Refund / Return / Exchange

Q: Can I cancel my order if I changed my mind after purchase or incorrectly checked out the wrong item?

A: Kindly contact us within 24 hours of order confirmation to request a cancellation. Unfortunately, cancellations cannot be processed after this 24-hour window. 

Q: What if I receive a defective or broken items?

A: If you receive a defective or broken item, please contact us at info@becoolsis.com with details of the product and the defect. We will send you the replacement items/pieces/elements after we receive pictures or videos of the defective or broken item.

Q: What if there is missing or damage/ defective pieces?

A: No worries, please email us and we will gather the pieces from factory for you. Then we will send the pieces together in your next order or send immediately with shipping fee payment. Please be reminded that we only provide free shipping for replacement parts once for every order and the missing parts shall be reported to us within 30 days after the package has arrived.

Q: Can I return or exchange my item?

A: We value your satisfaction and want you to have a great shopping experience with us. However, due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been opened or used. If you are unhappy with your purchase and wish to return it, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. You will need to pay for the return shipping cost and send us the tracking number. Once we receive the item in its original condition, we will process your refund as soon as possible. :)
